At TommyMeow, every order is custom-printed on demand just for you. That means your item is produced fresh before it ships — so it arrives exactly as designed. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order from our studio to your doorstep.
1. Production Time
Before your order ships, it goes through our print-on-demand production process:

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping/delivery time. Your total wait time = production + shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times & Shipping Destinations
We ship to over 120 countries worldwide through our trusted network of fulfilment and carrier partners.

Important: Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), please allow additional time for both production and delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.
Subscription Plan Benefits
Subscribers enjoy discounted and free shipping as part of their plan:

Promotional free-shipping offers are announced via email and on the TommyMeow homepage. Offers may have minimum order requirements and expiry dates.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your carrier's name
- Your unique tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time

or by logging into your account and navigating to My Orders.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders (outside the country of fulfilment), your shipment may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes or VAT
- Brokerage or handling fees levied by the destination country's customs authority
These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If you are unsure about import costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Please note: Refusing a package due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund, as the item has already been produced and shipped.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses in select regions. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates. Express shipping may not be available for these address types.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking link — the carrier may have left a delivery notice or your package may be held at a local post office or collection point.
- Allow a few extra days — international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs or carrier disruptions.
- Contact us — if your order is significantly overdue, email us at support@tommymeow.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full shipping address
- Your tracking number
We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order enters production, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@tommymeow.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before production begins, but this cannot be guaranteed.
TommyMeow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- Email support@tommymeow.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
