Welcome to TommyMeow. We operate the website www.tommymeow.com and provide AI-powered custom apparel design and print-on-demand services (collectively, the "Service").

  • AI Prompts & Designs: The text prompts you submit to our AI design generator, any images you upload, and the AI-generated designs you create or save.
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team, feedback, reviews, or any other communications.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Service, we automatically collect certain technical information:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, clicks, and navigation paths.
  • Device & Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.

  • Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • AI prompts and generated designs are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual designs at any time.
  • Support communications are retained for up to 3 years.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.


6. Your Rights

  • Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
